Refund and Return Policy

At Hyma Dryfruit Trading Pvt. Ltd. (India), we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. However, since we deal with food products like dry fruits, spices, and grains, we maintain a strict policy to ensure health and hygiene standards.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The product received is different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong dry fruit or quantity).
• The product has expired before delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original premium packaging intact.

2. Reporting an Issue

Any issues regarding the product must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product to our customer support team.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:

• Products that have been opened or the seal is broken.
• Fresh vegetables like onions once they are accepted at delivery.
• Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
• The amount will typically reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the order is shipped (to India, GCC, or other international locations), it cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
