Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Hyma Dryfruit Trading Pvt. Ltd. (India), we are committed to delivering our high-quality dry fruits, spices, and grains to our customers in a timely and secure manner.

1. Shipping Locations

We provide domestic shipping within India and international shipping to the following regions:

• GCC Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain).
• Sri Lanka.
• Malaysia.
• Singapore.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In cases of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are as follows:

• Domestic (India): 5-7 business days.
• International (GCC, SE Asia): 10-15 business days, depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hyma Dryfruit Trading Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs policy before placing an international order.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages and Issues

We take great care in our premium packaging to ensure products arrive safely. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and products to initiate a claim as per our Return Policy.
